How do we know what size of furnace or air conditioner unit to install in your home?
Once we are in your home removing your old equipment we will do an energy audit on your home, and bring out the new equipment that same day. You will not lose a single day. We will have your new heating and cooling system up and running that same day. We guarantee temperatures in your home so you can rest assured you will be comfortable.
Is my equipment in stock?
We have more than 2000 pieces of equipment in stock at any given time. Will the price change with different sizes?
No, we buy in bulk. We have arranged with our manufacturing facility to keep our prices the same will all our different sizes. Size does not matter.
How do you know how much it will cost without coming to my home?
We are happy to come to your home and give you a face-to-face bid. Just to save your time we have posted our prices on our website. We have been installing furnaces and air conditioners in Utah for nearly a dozen years, we know what parts and pieces you need before we get into your home. If your furnace or air conditioner is over 50 years old, consider a face-to-face bid.
Why are you the only company to post prices on your website?

How do I know you won’t change the price halfway through the installation?
The prices you see are all inclusive, and include everything it will take to get your home comfortable. We never have changed prices in the middle of a job, and we never will.
Why do plumbers install air conditioners?
I have no idea. Would you hire an electrician to paint your home? HVAC, or Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning is a very technical trade that requires years and years of training and ongoing education. It is not as simple as unclogging a sink, we spend countless hours in technical trainings so we can stay on the very cutting edge of home comfort technology.
Do you background check all your employees?
We do full background checks on all our employees, including a driving record, drug testing, criminal history and personal references. We make sure everyone coming into your home is clean, safe, and courteous.
